Terms of service

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

Where am I, exactly?

1. The Terms and Conditions in front of you set out the terms and rules for the operation of the www.zibru.com store, as well as the rights and obligations of our Customers.

2. The controller of personal data on the store's website is Baltaz Sp. z o.o., based in Gdańsk, ul. Nowiec 70, 80-293 Gdańsk, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000786420, NIP (Tax ID): 9571115965, REGON: 383395639.

3. Correspondence address, where our office is located (yes, this is where we receive and send parcels!):

ZIBRU.COM
Ul. Kościuszki 7/9
80-451 Gdańsk

Email: info@zibru.com
Phone: 885 292 999

There's no possibility of visiting us in person. However, if you have a valid reason to come see us, call or write and arrange a specific date.

II. SHOPPING

What awaits you once you decide to buy a product

1. The shoes we sell are original and have never, under any circumstances, been used! You can be sure you're getting a brand-new pair.

2. The store accepts orders around the clock, 7 days a week (but staff are available Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:00, keep that in mind!).

3. You can only place an order through the website www.zibru.com. If you need any help with the ordering process — get in touch with us! We'll explain what to click where.

4. Confirmation of a placed order is an email containing the order number. Didn't arrive? Call us! Technology sometimes plays tricks, but we'll sort it out.

5. Prices on the website include VAT.

6. You can shop with us in three currencies: PLN, EUR, and USD.

7. We haven't hidden any extra fees in the product price. If you order from outside the European Union, prepare a bit more cash, as customs fees (for orders, but also returns, exchanges, and complaints) are on your side.

8. Like anything, prices can change over time. We reserve the right to defend their freedom in this regard. Of course, this doesn't apply to the prices shown in the order confirmation you receive from us once you place an order and we confirm there are no obstacles to fulfilling it.

III. ORDERING PROCESS

Got the product in your cart? Find out what happens next

1. As a Customer, you undertake to provide true information when filling out the form. After all, you probably don't want your product to go missing under mysterious circumstances?

2. Checking the consent boxes for data processing is mandatory.

3. Consent to receive the newsletter is voluntary. But are you sure you want to miss the next promotion?

4. At this stage you also have the option to create an account. This lets you save your details and simply click through future orders. We can always delete your account at your request, leaving no trace behind.

IV. SHIPPING

Alright, details filled in? Choose how you'd like to receive your product

1. We ship parcels via GLS courier or InPost parcel lockers. For non-EU orders, we're served by DHL Express.

2. At the shipping-selection stage, the price is shown and is non-negotiable.

3. If your order is over 200 PLN in Poland or 100 EUR within the European Union, shipping is free! Might be worth keeping in mind.

4. For non-EU orders, if you decide not to collect your parcel, generating a loss on our side — particularly the costs of the parcel's return — part of the transport fee you paid will not be refunded, in an amount corresponding to the loss we incur.

5. Free shipping does not apply to cash-on-delivery parcels. In the case of withdrawal from the contract, i.e. a standard return (not to be confused with a complaint), we do not refund shipping costs.

6. In exceptional cases we may refuse to dispatch a cash-on-delivery parcel.

7. We ship parcels Monday through Friday, unless a statutory public holiday falls in between. In that case you'll need to wait a little longer.

8. From the moment the parcel is dispatched, the courier has 48 hours to deliver your shoes.

9. Parcels are only delivered on business days. If we dispatch your parcel on a Friday, unfortunately the waiting time will extend over the weekend.

10. Pay attention to the phone number you provide. The courier may call it to arrange delivery details, so it's best that it's correct!

11. We include a receipt or invoice with every parcel, along with a return/exchange form. If something's missing — let us know! We'll send everything by email.

V. PAYMENT

Time for the final act

1. Your options are as follows:

  • DotPay - an online payment that redirects you straight to a payment form, and the amount paid is credited to our account immediately. The payment link you receive is dedicated to your order. If something goes wrong and the payment doesn't go through - just go back to it! Just remember: abandoning the payment for more than 7 days will result in your order being cancelled.
  • PayPal - you can use this payment method either as a PayPal account user, or by choosing card payment or Przelewy24. Your payment will also appear with us immediately in this case.
  • Traditional bank transfer - an option for the patient and meticulous. Requires payment within 7 days of placing the order and including the order number in the transfer title. NOTE! This payment method is not covered by automatic confirmation. Such an order will keep the status "awaiting bank transfer payment" until it changes to "shipped." Payment details can be found at the very end of these Terms.
  • Cash on delivery - paying the courier upon receipt of the parcel. Keep in mind this option is more expensive and free shipping does not apply to it!

2. We include proof of purchase with every order - for Polish customers this is a receipt by default. If you'd like a VAT invoice, write to us immediately after placing your order, providing the full invoice details!

3. Orders unpaid within 7 days of the order date are cancelled. If you know you won't make it in time - write to us!

VI. THE PARCEL

Okay, so what exactly will you get?

1. The obvious thing is the shoes. What to do if they didn't arrive in the condition you expected, you'll find further on in the RETURNS AND EXCHANGES chapter.

2. We'll say it again, but it's worth emphasizing - you'll find your proof of purchase in every order, whether that's an invoice or a receipt. However, if you need it to be an invoice - let us know right after placing your order. Otherwise your chance will be gone!

3. That big white sheet with writing on it is the return/exchange form - your ace up the sleeve if something's wrong.

4. Remember to check the product you receive as soon as the parcel arrives! If something's wrong, let us know immediately. We won't ask an excessive number of questions (only the truly necessary ones) and we'll collect the defective product from you. As long as stock allows, we'll exchange it for a new one. If the shelves are bare, however, we'll refund the full order value.

VII. FORCE MAJEURE

That is, when something clearly doesn't want it to work out for us

1. Sometimes we're unable to fulfil your order. The factory, a supplier, transport, technology, an oversight… all of it, one after another!

2. But don't worry - depending on the situation, we'll offer you one of the following solutions:

  • Extended waiting time: if the product matters more to you than the time, you can simply wait.
  • Partial fulfilment: if your order includes more than one product, you can receive part of it.
  • Order modification: we don't have your product, but maybe you like something else? You can choose a different product, with a surcharge for a pricier item or a partial refund for a cheaper one.
  • Cancellation: if none of the above options appeal to you, you can decide to cancel the order.

3. If you experience any inconvenience during the shopping process - get in touch with us! We're the last people to leave Customers to fend for themselves. Together we'll try to resolve whatever problem comes up.

VIII. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

When something pinches, or there's simply no chemistry

1. Need time to think it over? We give you a full 30 days to decide whether you want to keep the product.

2. There is, of course, one "but" - the shoes must be absolutely new and unused. Any trace of wear will forfeit the chance to put them back on sale.

3. Please return products in their original packaging.

4. Remember to include proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or possibly the email confirming your order).

5. It's also necessary to include the return or exchange form. You'll find it as a single sheet in your order. Fill in either the RETURN side or the EXCHANGE side and send the products back, so we'll know exactly what you need from us.

6. You may freely choose which postal or courier service you use to send the parcel back to us. However, this freedom comes with an obligation - the cost of sending us the parcel is on your side.

Send a return parcel

7. Unless you use the site https://szybkiezwroty.pl/, search the list for Zibru.com and send the parcel following the instructions. This option is completely free for you! You can use it confidently for both returns and exchanges.

8. Sent it? Great. We'll collect the parcel soon, and from the moment we receive it we have 14 days to make a decision on your case.

9. If you haven't heard from us - that's actually good news, despite appearances! You can confidently refresh your bank account or check for a new parcel. However, in the event a return or exchange is rejected, we commit to letting you know.

10. If you're exchanging a product, the first time we'll send you the new pair back at our cost. But make sure you fit the shoes properly, because every subsequent exchange will be at your expense!

11. In the case of a return, the funds will be returned to your account by the same method they were paid to us. PayPal, DotPay, bank transfer - whichever you chose, your payment will know its way home.

12. Psst… if you're not sure whether you'll keep the product, pay through one of the transaction services. Something tells us that kind of money finds its way back to you the fastest.

13. Oh, and under no circumstances send anything back to us cash-on-delivery! We won't pay for such a parcel, it'll be returned to you - not worth the hassle.

IX. COMPLAINTS

Action plan for crisis situations

1. We guarantee that the goods conform to the contract, and you're welcome to file a complaint for shoes that have clearly failed to do their job - for example, by losing a sole.

2. To file a complaint, pack the damaged troublemakers into any box, include the complaint form and proof of purchase, and send it to our address. Unless you use the site https://szybkiezwroty.pl/, search the list for Zibru.com and send the parcel following the instructions. This option is completely free for you!

3. Within 14 days of us receiving the parcel, you'll get information about what happens next with your shoes.

4. We don't accept complaint submissions by email or phone! We can help and advise you that way, but the complaint process only begins once we receive your shoes.

5. We won't hide anything from you - as soon as our expert determines what needs to be determined, you'll get information about how the procedure will proceed.

6. Unfortunately, we won't accept everything you send us as a complaint. Below are a few things that may result in your complaint being rejected:

  • Damage resulting from lack of or improper care: don't spare your shoes a bit of care, they'll thank you for it in a crisis situation!
  • Damage resulting from improper use: do you like to lace your shoes in an unusual way? Wrap the lace around your ankle? Great, creativity is key! But keep in mind that whatever you come up with - our expert's eye will recognise whether it could have caused the damage in question.
  • Mechanical damage: scratches, scuffs… anything can happen in everyday use. We know it and you know it, so let's just accept that's how it is. Damage caused by external factors such as stones, branches, or friends at a concert is not accepted as a complaint.
  • Discolouration resulting from improper care/use/cleaning: a shoe is what it is, anyone can see that. If it changes colour in a way other than from dirt, unfortunately it won't have a chance to move to the next stage.
  • Damage resulting from natural wear of the footwear: such as a sole wearing down over time or creases appearing. The material is working, and it's nobody's fault!
  • Justifying a complaint about undamaged shoes with blisters or other foot injuries: every shoe is different, just as every foot is different. Although we sell fully sound products, we can't guarantee they'll be perfect for you. We're sorry when a product bought from us causes our Customers discomfort, but a complaint concerns product defects, not size, material, or style fit. If after purchase you feel something's not right, simply use the return or exchange option!
  • Sending us dirty or wet shoes: we won't nitpick over any dirt typical of normal use, but we will definitely send back shoes that have just returned from a walk through a rainy forest.

Just as with returns and exchanges - in the case of a refund, the money will return to your account by the same method it was paid to us. Whatever you choose, your payment will know its way home.

If you have any questions regarding a complaint, please contact us at: reklamacje@zibru.com
